GLOBE GIG LIVE WEBCAST PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT I/We understand that a visual and audio recording of the show will  be made and web cast from the live room at Berlin Recording Studios Blackpool. In addition part or the entire recording may be used  by Globe Gig  or Berlin Recording Studios for publicity or promotional purposes. I/We also understand that the show will be archived and will be  made available to viewers for future rebroadcasts. I/we agree to allow such rebroadcasts of  my/our performance. The Band/Artist understands that they are performing for free and that Berlin Studios or Globe Gig are not liable to pay any fees or expenses. The Band/Artists understand that they will be liable for an initial cost of £300 in setting up the web cast,  unless such costs are to be waived before scheduling the performance.  After an initial free period of 6 months  There is an ongoing cost of £10 per month to host the web cast.  This can be cancelled after 12 months if requested by the artist and the web cast will be removed from the site. Berlin Studios or Globe Gig are not liable for Band/Artist losses or expenses should a technical problem occur preventing the web cast from being broadcast at the scheduled time. If such an occurrence should happen then the show will be rescheduled for another date.

Band/Artist agrees to play at least 6 songs or 40 minutes. An additional 15 minutes may be requested for a live interview or conversation with one of Berlin's/Globe Gigs hosts. Band/Artists may not alter the appearance of the set without the express permission from Berlin Studios or Globe Gig. This Includes but, is not limited to the display of banners, lighting, fog, pyrotechnics or props, camera positioning, editing and audio mixing. No Band banner will be allowed to be hung from the wall. These decisions will be made by Berlin/Globe Gig staff and all decisions are final. Bands/Artists agree to arrive at the designated time for all prescheduled rehearsals and sound checks. Band /Artists will be allowed a maximum 8 guests including crew in the studio. Bands/Artists and their guests must refrain from swearing and aggressive, reckless or violent behaviour, Smoking, possession or use of alcohol or illegal drugs is prohibited within the premises and all offenders will be asked to leave the premises if these rules are disregarded.

Berlin and Globe Gig Producers and staff or any person holding an administrative position at any show gathering, will not be held liable for injury or inaccurate information. In addition, none of the aforementioned parties will be held liable for any personal injury that may transpire on the premises or during the filming of this event.   Berlin assumes no responsibility for damaged or stolen equipment within the premises.   Berlin will provide Band/Artists with a three-camera video and audio setup for the web cast. Before you can appear on a "Globe Gig Live Web cast" the performance agreement must be read understood and filled out completely and then signed by all performers taking part in the web cast. The Band/Artists guest list must be submitted along with the performance agreement.

Berlin Studios are equipped with a vocal PA, all microphones, stands and cables as well as a bass rig. It is only necessary to bring along your drums and Guitar Amps. Please only bring the basics of what you need. All Instrument cases will have to be stored in your vehicles during filming. If you have any special photos or promotional requests, be sure to let us know at least  two weeks  prior to the scheduled performance Berlin Studios and Globe Gig are dedicated to promoting your talent and wishes to portray you act in the best possible way.  Berlin Studios will provide tea and coffee for the performance. No Guests will be allowed to exit the live room during the performance. Also guests who arrive late will not be permitted to enter the studio while filming is in progress. Therefore it is extremely important that your studio guests including crew are made aware of this prior to the scheduled performance.

All performing Bands/Artists must arrive 3 hours prior to transmission time in order to run sound and video checks. The recorded web casts will be available for re-streaming at a nominal cost. The re-streaming schedule is to be agreed between Berlin Studios and Globe Gig and the performing Bands/Artists. A full editing service is also available if required. All performance and recording rights shall belong to Berlin Studios and Globe Gig, who will have the sole permission to show such performances throughout the world at such times as Berlin Studios and Globe Gig deem necessary, in order to promote Berlin Studios and Globe Gigs business activities.
